PROCEDURE
TRAINER.
B737 Procedure Trainer (PT) is a 3D tactile trainer replacing classic flat panel trainers.

This device is a non-enclosed turnkey flight trainer with all panels, controls and systems fully functional.
It is built using proprietary electronics and hardware designed primarily for heavy-duty use in professional environments, unlike "hobby" B737 cockpit simulators integrated from various parts found in online shops.

No shortcuts have been made and no efforts spared to achieve the level of realizm and functionality which surprises even the most experienced Boeing 737 type-rated pilots, used to Level D Full Flight Simulators.
Dummy components which can be often found on low-level or entertainment B737 flight simulators have no place in our devices. Even the alphanumeric displays on IRS, MCP and Radio Panels are custom-made to mimic OEM designs. Combined with innovative technologies like CANBUS, we bring the simulation to the next level.

This B 737 trainer with tactile 3D panels is a perfect 'new-approach' alternative for classic flat panel trainers.

Our B 737 simulator comes as an all-inclusive package: hardware, computers and software with on-site training, warranty, priority support and excellent after sale Customer Service.

Every part has been designed primarily for heavy-duty commercial use by our R&D team and is built and tested in-house. This ensures our products are mature and fully-compatible, what guarantees professional results, long term reliability, quick troubleshooting by our experienced support team and availability of spare parts if required. Having operated our own commercial B 737 FNPT II MCC FTD simulator - "GearUP!", we understand that the term 'uptime' is critical for a healthy business and we know how to deliver it.

Our flight simulators are literally 'turnkey' - ready to fly within 3 minutes after automatic startup, easy to manage without specialized knowledge or skills and they work all day long without issues. But if required, modular design of the cockpit facilitates easy maintenance and servicing.

Some people believe that a flight simulator can be easily built using various parts available online. That is not true as those are mostly "hobby" parts and merging them means a lot of experimenting, trials and errors and at the end of day, it will not give the same results as a B 737 turnkey simulator can offer.

We always deliver on time, on budget and to the highest standards and our Customers from around the world are ready to provide positive feedback on our work.

SOLUTION
FUNCTIO
NALITY
Using proprietary hardware gives us full flexibility of design and functionality. Most of other B737 flight simulators in this market segment, offer functionality not exceeding approx. 70% of our FTD and we are ready to demonstrate it during a test flight.

With our vast technical background in electronics, automatic control and robotics, we decided to not follow the beaten track using generic input/output (I/O) cards, but to develop proprietary hardware from the ground up. No dummy components are utilized and no functions downgraded due to technical limitations. What we deliver is a fully functional state-of-the-art B 737 cockpit simulator.

Our hardware utilizes all latest technologies which still remain innovative in flight simulation industry.
This at the forefront is CANBUS communication as found in all professional applications which require high speeds and reliability, such as: aviation, automotive, maritime, military and space industries.
Emulated-USB or COM ports and other obsolete technologies associated with "hobby" devices and should be avoided.
The metal framework is a solid backbone of this B737 Procedure Trainer and ensures correct cockpit's layout with all items located spatially exactly like on the actual aircraft. All connection points are well-organized and located centrally in front of the simulator for easy access.

The trainer encompasses all avionics hardware, control panels, flight controls and pilots' seats. For durability, realizm and robustness, simworld utilizes fully-adjustable OEM seats, which are removed from real B737 aircraft and refurbished by our engineers.
The main focus of the B737 Procedure Trainer is aircraft's systems and operating procedures, therefore the outer shell and interior trim are not present. However, this flight trainer can be easily upgraded with these components and converted into the enclosed B 737 FTD.

CONTROLS
Our mechanical engineers have 15-20 years of experience in designing production lines and vehicles for various industries. With this know-how, they have designed all the parts and flight controls' mechanisms for smooth heavy-duty operation for years.

The design and operation of flight controls are based on OEM parts and cover full functionality as per the actual B737NG aircraft. Despite the device being only a Procedure Trainer, it is equipped with tactile flight controls, as found on the enclosed B737 simulators of simworld. This includes coupled control columns and yokes, coupled rudder pedals with differential toe brakes, nose wheel steering wheel on one or both sides as required and a fully-motorized throttle unit.
Customized configurations are also available with a flat panel throttle stand or without the control columns, yokes and rudder pedals. Contact us to consult your specific needs for a B737 trainer.
Our attention to details has been acclaimed as "A superb bit of hardware. (...) Rolls Royce in cockpit parts." by the PC Pilot Magazine.

Since day one it has been our goal to deliver B 737 flight simulator parts which are a near-exact replica of the real B737 cockpit but at the same time they are reliable and affordable to keep training costs down - when acquiring, operating and maintaining the flight trainer.

For the best pilot experience and immersion, our modules have been reproduced with attention to minute details. It is a common question from those who see our B737 flight simulator for the first time - whether we use original aircraft parts? Of course we do not, as a single OEM module can easily cost as much as our whole simulator. To achieve this level, our design engineers use advanced tools for prototyping such as 3D scanning and printing and real-life Boeing 737 type rated pilots who work with us always consult new products and keep their eye on all details.

A SUPERB BIT OF HARDWARE THAT'S EXPENSIVE, BUT WILL LAST A LIFETIME. THE BUILD QUALITY OF THE SIMWORLD IS SUPERB. THIS REALLY IS THE ROLLS ROYCE OF COCKPIT PARTS.
Jessica Bannister-Pearce / PC Pilot Magazine
I CONTACTED MANY COMPANIES. SIMWORLD WAS THE ONLY WHO ACCEPTED MY REQUEST TO VISIT THEM TO CHECK THEIR PRODUCTS. THAT GAVE ME A LOT OF CONFIDENCE. I RECEIVED MY COCKPIT AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT (QUALITY + TIMELINE). I HAD A REAL LIFE KUWAIT AIRWAYS PILOT WHO TOLD IT LOOKS LIKE A REAL COCKPIT.
I AM HAPPY BECAUSE MY CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY.
GOOD JOB SIMWORLD, I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!
